Outstanding staff and experience. The hotel gives you a hotel vibe, but the rooms and staff take it above and beyond. I really look forward to staying with BestWestern of Rockland again!
Rooms seemed clean and there was ample parking. Front desk was courteous and helped with toothpaste, utensils, and disposable plates. The room had a fridge and microwave which was useful for heating up leftovers at night in the hotel room. There weren't many snacks available for purchase at the Best Western, but there was a liquor store across the street that had some snacks. Met expectations for price and had no real issues.
Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean spacious and well appointed room. The manager was very helpful when I left something in my room. I highly recommend the motel!
Great place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, great shower, comfortable bed. Great restaurant next door called " Bellas".
I'd do it again. The rooms are great and easy to access. The layout for breakfast was great! People were not in a rush to leave. People enjoyed coffee in the spacious reception area that have several nooks for small groups. I do recommend the express checkout too.
