always clean updated equipment
Went there and used the coin-op machines. After washing I split my laundry into 3 dryers and put them on for 48 minutes each. Two dryers dried the clothes but the third was still wet. I notified the attendant and she came over and says nobody has complained about that dryer and tells me there are a lot of towels in there and that's probably why it didn't dry. I explain the other dryers I used had lots of towels as well, but they dried just fine. She says she'll put a quarter in for another 8 minute cycle to see if it warms up. About halfway through the cycle, she comes back and says it's warm. I say it's warm but not hot. She says "I don't know what to tell you." (She works there and uses the dryers daily...she knows its not heating up to temperature. She just doesnt want to give my money back). I'm not about to argue over a couple bucks in quarters.

I showed up 1hr 40min before closing with 1 med size duffle bag of laundry and was told it was too late for me to do it (too close to closing). Odd. I've been there 1 other time and the dryer I used didn't get hot. Otherwise it's your basic average, run of the mill laundry, there's another one nearby.
At this point the clothes are still wet and I had somewhere else I had to be, so I split what was left of my wet clothes into a second dryer and put another quarter into each one. The second dryer I split the clothes into dried them in 8 minutes...and they were HOT when I took them out. The original dryer that didn't dry them in the first place were warm but still damp so I switched them to the hot dryer, put in another quarter, and told the attendant. She came over and put a sign on the broken dryer but offered no refund. I didn't ask either, but I'll never go back. There is another laundromat less than a mile up the street and I'll spend my quarters there.
