Hands down this was the best almond cake I've ever tasted and I'm 63 years old! It was still fresh afyer being lightly wrapped with a paper towel after two days. If you enjoy scratch baking with no preservatives don't walk run to Baking with Joy Cafe! In closing honestly I do not know the owners of this bakery! I can't wait to try there other products.

Turkey sandwich on brioche with fresh squash spread was yummy. The brioche was flaky and the squash spread made this sandwich amazing. Tried chocolate and carrot cake cupcakes both delicious. Don't let small storefront fool you. Their baked goods sell out in local specialty stores. What a hidden gem!!
